Please Join Us for A NEW OFFERING at EXHALE FITNESS with The driftless shaman!
Let Go of the day's stresses & worries, and Enter into an evening of Healing!
We will begin through Gentle stretching in order to prepare the Mind & Body for Relaxation & Release.
We will then move into a Guided meditation continuing this Relaxation & Release.
We will end the meditation with Healing Reiki to each participant (optional) as we continue the meditation.
We will end the evening Feeling Lighter & Brighter!
